Game Ready Ice Compressions
Cold + compression recovery

Sequential compression sleeves that boost venous return and lymphatic drainage through your body.
Pneumatic compression uses inflatable sleeves, usually on the legs, sometimes on the arms or hips, that inflate and deflate in a programmed sequence.
The wave-like pressure boosts venous return and lymphatic drainage, clearing metabolic waste and delivering fresh blood to fatigued tissue. Athletes love them for post-training recovery; anyone with tired, heavy legs will feel the difference.
How it works
You settle into a recliner as we wrap the sleeves around your legs (or arms) and connect them to the pump.
Chambers inflate from the extremity upward, mimicking the body’s natural venous return.
Rhythmic pressure moves lymph and used blood out, and fresh oxygenated blood in as pressure releases.
Most patients close their eyes and enjoy it. It pairs perfectly with red light or PEMF running at the same time.

For general recovery, once a week is a good baseline. Athletes in high-volume blocks often do 2-3 sessions per week.
Absolutely. It stacks perfectly with red light or PEMF running at the same time, a genuinely spa-quality recovery visit.
